# Requisitos Para Facturar Electrónicamente

a SAT implementó la Facturación Electrónica como obligatoriedad desde el año 2023, es importante que para iniciar con su proceso de Facturación Electrónica la empresa realice los siguientes pasos: 

### Habilitarse como emisor ante la agencia virtual SAT  

1. Ingresar mediante el siguiente link a la agencia viartual SAT y colocar sus credenciales de acceso: [https](https://portal.sat.gob.gt/portal/)[:](https://portal.sat.gob.gt/portal/)[//portal](https://portal.sat.gob.gt/portal/)[.](https://portal.sat.gob.gt/portal/)[sat](https://portal.sat.gob.gt/portal/)[.](https://portal.sat.gob.gt/portal/)[gob](https://portal.sat.gob.gt/portal/)[.](https://portal.sat.gob.gt/portal/)[gt/portal/](https://portal.sat.gob.gt/portal/) 
2. Ingresa a Factura Electrónica en Linea FEL 
3. Presiona “Servicios” y dirígete a la parte inferior derecha donde encontrarás el módulo Factura Electrónica en Línea (FEL)” con todos los apartados disponibles 
4. Selecciona el apartado de “Habilitarse como emisor” 
5. El sistema valida que se cumpla con todos los requisitos:

6. Lea de forma detenida los términos y condiciones y seleccione aceptar&#x20;
7. A partir de este paso ya puedes iniciar la emisión de DTE a través de la aplicación gratuita en la Agencia Virtual, en la cual la Superintendencia de Administración Tributaria es tu Certificador. Sin embargo, para habilitar a Gurusoft como transmisor de documentos debes continuar con el proceso.&#x20;

### Acreditar Certificador indicado por GuruSoft&#x20;

1. En el menú principal, ingresa al apartado “Acreditación de Certificadores”.&#x20;

2. En este paso debes consultarle al Project Manager a cargo el certificador correspondiente a tu proyecto cual es el nombre del Certificador a Acreditar
3. Seleccionado el estado se mostrará un mensaje el cual indica que la Acreditación se realizó con éxito.

### Descarga de del certificado digital

1. En el menú principal, ingresa al apartado “Descargar firma electrónica”&#x20;
2. Debes seleccionar a “Otros certificadores de DTE (terceros)”&#x20;

3. Debe colocarle una contraseña (esta debe enviarse al Project Manager)&#x20;
4. Genera y descarga la firma&#x20;
